- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled class may be eligible for a refund or credit, at our discretion.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before a class or for no-shows.
- Yo Tennis reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to weather, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified, and a credit or refund will be provided.
- Participants must disclose any medical conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to participate safely.
- By participating, you acknowledge that tennis involves physical exertion and assume all risks associated with participation.
- Yo Tennis follows all applicable health and safety guidelines and reserves the right to implement additional measures as needed.
- All participants must treat coaches, staff, and other participants with respect.
- Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of misconduct may result in removal from the program without a refund.
- Parents or guardians of minor participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with this code.
- All content on the Yo Tennis website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Yo Tennis and protected by copyright laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
- Yo Tennis is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation in our classes or use of our website.
- Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis, and we make no warranties regarding the quality or availability of our programs.
